    To whom it may concern, We have been sitting on the plane for over an hour and half at the Jet Blue terminal with no air conditioning. It has now hit 100 degrees on the plane with a packed flight and no resolve. The very fact that they would not let us off, transfer us to a different flight or at the very least offer us some cold water, I find this dehumanizing. I'm requesting that you provide us with a full refund or a free round trip to any US State. Please advise immediately as this is unacceptable how we are being treated.   • Reason for Cancellation Letter - for insurance



    I need a letter stating the reason for cancellation of flight 2202 JFK - BUF November 19th, 2015. This is needed for a trip interruption insurance claim though Manulife. I was originally told by Manulife that all airlines are legally obligated to provide such a letter at the airport, however, this is not the case at JFK. After calling JetBlue directly, I was sent to the generic comments area on the website. However I do not have much faith in this.   • Flight Cancellation



    This request for inquiry concerns a weather related cancellation of my flight by JetBlue when the FAA reports no weather related delays. JetBlue informs me on Sat. 5/10/14 at 12:30 EST my flight has been cancelled due to weather delays in the area. Airline tells me no other flights available on 5/10 and Re-books me for flight on 5/11. No offer of compensation for lodging, meals or transportation reimbursement due to weather delay.     Flying from Port-at-Prince Haiti? Beware! My mom's suitcase was ransacked and her medication stolen from her bag, A tin of ground coffee was torn open and spilled inside of her bag which was opened by Jetblue baggage handlers. Her sheets and her clothes were soiled and the wrappers surrounding the coffee torn and shredded were left in the suitcase.   • Poor Customer Service



    There was a mistake in booking one of two flights. I called and they said there would be a $150 change fee and double the amount of points. The rep said he would waive the change fee. I put another family member on the phone and he said the same thing. He made me wait while he documented it. I said that we would call back to make the change.   • Lied to Me about a Free Ticket



    I flew on one of JetBlues flights and the airplane had to be returned to the airport for an emergency due to the airplane smelled like it was on fire. I was scared! Worried for my life!! The airline gave me a letter stating that I was going to get a free roundtrip ticket another day along with them putting me on another flight.     I can't begin to express how dissatisfied I am with my first experience with Jet Blue. I reserved a flight for my 13yr old son from LAX to JFK. Was unaware of an unaccompanied minor charge.     Jet Blue cancelled my flight in July of 2009. They offered me a credit that could be used at "any time, to go anywhere for anyone". I accepted. Today, when I attempted to use my credit I was informed that it had EXPIRED and that the remaining unused credit was void. Had I been informed that there was a one year use it or lose it restriction, as an infrequent traveler I would have insisted on a refund.     On May 5th, 2010, I purchased 3 tickets (Lax-NY Kennedy)which I had to cancel and had the unused tickets put into my flight bank. I was told that I could use the flight bank credit within one year to book another JB flight. I have been looking at the JB flight schedule monthly, as I want to use this credit for a flight in November.     May 10th 11:30: DC, DULLES AIRPORT The 1304 was supposed to depart at 10:57. We four were supposed to transfer the flight to Shanghai departing at 4:30 p.m. at JFK. 1304 was delayed.     I reserved a flight for my husband and I over the phone by your ticket agent and they assigned us seats but when your new reservations system went into effect it wiped out our seats. Now I'm told I will have to pay for seats that have more leg room. We called and they said they could do nothing we would have to talk to a supervisor.     We booked tickets to Florida and got an email notice our flight is cancelled and must take a later flight. We have an infant and wished to get home earlier.   • Didn't let me on flight 10 mins before departure



    I was at the gate an entire ten minutes before a 9AM departure and there was no ticketing agent at the gate. Apparently they had already closed the gate although the plane did not take off until after 9:10AM. I furthermore had to pay an additional $40 to get new ticket for a later flight to get from JFK to IAD.
