Damaged Baggage
I arrived from PUJ flight 368 to JFK yesterday evening and after coming back home I saw that 2 of my 4 bags' zippers were ripped and missing along with each of the bags locks.
Please advise me as how I should proceed with my claim and who I should send picture... More...
